Satchell Moran solicitors will only ever accept your housing disrepair case on a strict no win, no fee basis so you can rest assured that we will never ask you for any money upfront and you will pay nothing to any party if your case is unsuccessful through no fault of your own.
Ordinarily, as and when we win you case and secure your compensation, we will take up to 25% of your award to help cover our costs. However, if you help us to help you, then Satchell Moran will lower our fees down to a maximum of 10% of your settlement.
We find that we have to spend a great deal of time chasing new clients to send through photographs of their disrepair or getting them to complete the no win, no fee agreement we need in order to start working on your behalf. These chase ups cost us both time and money. If you can help us to keep these costs down then we are happy to pass on these savings directly to you and we will reduce our success fee down to 10% rather than the usual 25%.
